PymiRa

Welcome to the PymiRa webserver, a rapid and accurate classification tool for small non-coding RNAs, including microRNAs.

If you are looking to extensively use PymiRa, please head to the Github page and download the tool for use locally (https://github.com/ZScurlock/PymiRa).

Here you can upload your FASTA file and PymiRa will produce a counts file and a read log file from your data.

Please ensure your input is in the correct FASTA format. Results will be generated and made available for download after processing but are not saved for download at a later date.

Instructions:

• Choose a valid reference file from the dropdown.
• Upload a supported file format: .fa, or .fasta.
• You will be redirected to the results page upon successful upload and processing.
